Simplified character types

I'm going to simplify the character types by delinking the "Linked" NPCs, as this character type has caused some confusion in the past.
Previously, the writers that submitted NPCs were "Linked" to them and would be automatically added to stories featuring them. This is convenient if that person wants to write about that NPC, but could be confusing for other people who might think the NPC is a player character.
Now we'll just have player characters that people joined the story with, and NPCs which are other characters in the story that justify having biographies.
Remember that there have never been character control rules in Steamhawke. Writers can write stories featuring any combination of existing and new characters, and the only thing that counts is that the events make sense in the context of the story as it's been posted so far. All NPCs are open for writers to develop.
Of course you can still write about the NPCs that you were previously linked to!
As always, hit me or Dae up with any questions.
